Released through Boroughs Publishing Group, this series is loosely connected through the StarTide Agency, which is run by Conway Davis. He and his firm represent actors, singers, musicians, writers, circus performers, stand-up comics, strippers; some of these categories he inherited from his dad, Royden Davis, when Roy retired and turned the Los Angeles office over to Conway.
This series can most definitely be read as stand-alone stories.
After a whirlwind courtship, the Christmas season finds plain-Jane-with-a-secret Elle Houston engaged to one of the brightest stars in the Hollywood firmament–and falling for the personal chef at her ritzy, pre-wedding resort.

The Romance Reviews‘ Ashia said: “As the first book in a series, it certainly served its purpose in stirring interest in me to read the next book! The best thing about CHRISTMAS STAR is that, despite its title, it is perfect reading any time, but especially for when you need a lovely, heartwarming tale to lift up your spirits. A gem. Don’t miss this!”

“A modern-day, sweet-as-hot-chocolate fairy tale…” Lynne Marshall
“It was a perfect Christmas getaway, but you’ll enjoy the story even though the holiday season is over. I’m a fan of Christine Ashworth’s books and this one was lighthearted and a fast read.” Charlene Sands
A rock n’ roll legend brought them together. Another may tear them apart…
Jake Wells just wants to go on vacation. But a promise to a dead man means he’ll play bodyguard to singer/songwriter Evie Marcherand on her first three-city tour. Threats against Evie have been escalating—someone wants to stop her music, permanently.
Everyone leaves Evie, so she’s learned that all she can count on is her songs and her guitar. As she begins her bid for rock n’ roll legitimacy, a friend from her past, now with his own stardom at stake, threatens to derail her future.
B-list actress Jenna Stone is the one that got away…or should rocker Dane Hadley call it the affair that never happened? Ten years later, they’re working together on a movie that has the potential to lift their careers to the next level – if they can keep the past from influencing their future.
Toss in a blackmailing mother, a hungry press that never sleeps, and the rumors of enough salacious photos of Jenna to open a porn shop, and it’s going to take more than a good movie for the Slut and the Stud to rise above the court of public opinion.
It’s going to take military planning to conquer her heart…
When Conway gets Maria Teresa Juanita Martinez Coleridge a gig at the famed Topaz Room in L.A., she figures she’s on her way. She’s aiming for stardom, and doesn’t need the elusive owner paying her too much attention. He’s a man who wears blondes like other men wear underwear. He couldn’t possibly be interested in a dumpy Latina with a potty mouth.
Wealthy Randall Blue has a background in black ops with the military. He knows how to use people as camouflage, and then discard them without drawing blood. Mia Coleridge, with her street smarts, sharp tongue, and quick brain, is just the person he needs to use to get close to a suspected arms dealer. But he finds he’s enjoying her company so much, he doesn’t want to set the final op into action.
When the sting goes sour and Mia learns the truth about his deception, Blue realizes that she’s become much more to him than a pawn in the game. And when he is the one discarded, he finds to his surprise that it will take more than his bleeding heart on his sleeve to win her back.
